We sincerely hope you love every purchase from zalenas candles. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will be happy to provide you with an exchange of your unburned candle once it is received back in our studio

If a product arrives damaged, please email us with your order number, photos and a description of the damaged candle within 3 days so that we can make it right!
